| Competition is hotting
up and to stay relevant in a global context
calls for a yarn quality of the very highest
standard. In this regard the onus is on
developing products that help in assuring
quality at all levels. Although Cots and
Aprons play a small part in the overall
scenario their importance can never be underestimated |
| |
Our vast
experience in Spinning Machinery Manufacturing
and the right understanding of the requirement
of the Roller Covers have put us in the
right direction of improvising the products
to suit the Indian spinning conditions.
The result is the rejuvenated roller covers
which ensure consistent yarn quality throughout
the life of the products. |
| |
Surface
characteristics of Cots and Aprons play
a vital role in maintaining the yarn quality.
The success depends on the consistency of
maintaining the surface characteristics
like structure, finish, ability to maintain
the desired Ra (average surface roughness)
value incase of cots and ability to maintain
silky finish and suppleness incase of aprons. |
| |
| Cots |
| |
Cots are
so designed to have exceptionally good resistance
to abrasion heat and pressure. LMW Cots
provide resistance to static charge and
fibre lapping |
| |
In recent
years, Springloc Cots have found its place.
When the demand becomes further the ultimate
is Aluline cots. The Aluline cots are totally
stress free due to the interference fit.
Hence they ensure consistency in Quality
and performance throughout the life. |
| |
| The stress free cot helps in
avoiding the formation of nick or cuts on
the surface in the long run. |
| |
| Aprons |
| |
LMW’s
commitment to quality is evident in every
product we manufacture and Aprons are no
exception. The care we take at every stage
of manufacture and special silky finish
surface helps in retaining surface characteristic
all through the lifetime of the Aprons. |
| |
The Aprons are manufactured
from high degree synthetic polymers to ensure
good running performance. The dimensional
accuracy of the Apron is retained by the
presence of bi-component reinforced cord
in its construction. |
| |
The inner surface of
the Apron is complete. However Aprons may
require a mild detergent wash once in 4/6
months depending on the condition of the
mills and the fibres processed. |
